I just purchased a vechicle at Carousal Motors. Tom Akins sold me the car. Tom is an excellent salesman, he sincerely wanted to meet my needs and far exceeded my expectation. Tom is professional, friendly, patient, answered all my questions, educated me about the features of the new car, etc.

"Yesterday, I seemed to have problem with the cruise control in my new A7. I could not get it to work. I decided to stop immediately at Carousel Motors, where the service team was immediately ready to take a look at the problem. I was given a ride to the office and back. Even though the cruise control was working fine when the service team expected it (that's what usually happens), the folks did not charge me for anything. They even declined to accept a small contribution that I wanted to make to their coffee budget (assuming that it exists). I am writing you in order to do something to recognize their professionalism, kindness and modesty. I think the service department is excellent!"

"It has taken me awhile to write you a note about my sales representative, Tom Akin, as life has been busy. Tom actually recognized the fact that my life is pretty busy and was conscience of that through the entire sale. I'm in Des Moines and he's in Iowa City, but that didn't matter. I prefer email over phone, and Tom recognized that and continued through most of the sale via email, which I loved. I picked out an Audi A4 over the internet and knew it was what I wanted, as I had an Audi A4 previously. I didn't have time to pick it up in Iowa City, and Tom graciously drove it to me in Des Moines, free of charge. Then, he spent some time with me, showing me the new features. Later, when I tried to book my first oil change, I realized I could book it online...which again, is exactly what I'm looking for! If only they could change my oil via the internet. I'm a Carousel Motors client for life!!!!"
